In compliance with the “New York Forward” Reopening Plan, it has been decided that Cheney Library will extend its closure until further notice. A committee will begin meeting virtually to plan for the library’s staged reopening. We will continue to provide regular monthly updates on our website and via eNewsletter.
Please remember:
- Our WiFi will remain active and will be accessible 24/7 from our parking area.
- We ask that you refrain from returning or donating books while the library is closed. We are a fine-free library, and will waive all late fees that occur as a result of our closure.
- Please do not call the library to renew books. The phones will not be monitored for those purposes at this time.
