In our final week of Summer Reading, we are throwing a party on the Cheney Library front lawn! Join us for outdoor games, water gun tag, pizza, and more. If you would like to participate in water gun tag, please come prepared with a change of clothes, as you will definitely get wet! While we will have water guns on hand, attendees are also free to bring their own. In the event of poor weather, the rain date for this event is Wednesday, August 25 at 2:00 PM.

Starting this Friday, we will also begin collecting reading record sheets. If you would like to bring your sheet with you this Friday, you may do so. You can also drop off your sheet at the library any time during the week of August 23, or snap a photo of your sheet and email it to [email protected].

All reading record sheets are due by Friday, August 27. Remember: if you do not turn in your record sheet, you will not be able to use your reading points to win prizes! Next week, you will receive an email with more information about how to collect your Summer Reading prizes.
